Where We Ship


We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, TechShed delivers to your door.


Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Times


As our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, please allow the following estimated delivery times:


• United States: 7–20 business days
• Europe & UK: 10–25 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
• Rest of World: 15–30 business days


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.


Shipping Costs


• Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
• Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your location


Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.


Customs & Duties


TechShed is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If
you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.


To Be Eligible for a Return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

 

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Digital products or downloadable software


How to Start a Return

Email us at info@techshedpro.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return


We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@techshedpro.com with a photo of the item and your order number.
We will resolve this at no additional cost to you.
