Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be in processing.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@techshedpro.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll make it right.
How do I return an item?

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal as our payment method. PayPal allows you to pay securely using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card through the PayPal platform.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure, encrypted platform. We never see or store your card or bank details, PayPal handles all of that safely on your behalf.
